We need your help.

More than two years ago, we asked our clients to participate in survey about our business.

We were in the throes of the pandemic back then and we were adapting to all the changes surrounding us as it impacted our service delivery and our ability to communicate. The goal of the survey was to provide you with a forum to voice your thoughts and opinions amidst all of the challenges before us. The feedback we received was very constructive and, in fact, led to several improvements in our company. We were gratified by all of the responses.   

Now, with the public emergency behind us as we emerge in a post-covid world, we believe this is a good time to once again seek out your thoughts and opinions. I again kindly ask that you participate in our new client survey.

Ultimately, we want to do a better job of serving you. By helping us we, in turn, will actually be helping you.

To better ensure that we are able to assist you in reaching your retirement goals and improve your experience with us, I would appreciate your completing this important survey and return it back to me.
